Michael Burger
President & Chief Executive OfficerMichael joined FARO in 2019. Previously, he served as president, CEO and board member at Electro Scientific Industries Inc., a leading supplier of innovative laser-based microfabrication solutions for industries reliant on microtechnology. Michael was also president, CEO and board member at Cascade Microtech Inc., a manufacturer of advanced wafer probing, thermal and reliability solutions for the electrical measurement and testing of high-performance semiconductor devices. He holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from New Mexico State University and is a graduate of the Stanford University International Executive Management Program.
