Thomas McGimpsey, J.D.

Tom joined FARO in 2023 with 30+ years of international legal, corporate development, M&A integration, finance and compliance experience in the semiconductor, industrial hardware, data storage, telecom and software technology markets. Before FARO, he served in various leadership positions at CPP Wind, Advanced Energy, First Data, McDATA and US WEST. Tom is a NACD certified director and holds a Master of Business Administration (with distinction) from Colorado State University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado and a B.S. in Computer Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
