How the Warranty Program Works

Warranties are a way to plan for any future servicing needs. To give each customer more flexibility, FARO offers a tiered warranty structure designed to meet their specific needs.

FARO offers four types of Warranty plans. FARO Warranty, which covers new items when first purchased, Shared Care for minimum coverage, which includes labor, however, customers pays for parts and Annual Certification and Calibration at a discounted rate, Complete Care, which includes parts and labor and ACC, and Ultimate Up Time, which includes parts, labor, ACC, as well as loaner equipment while purchased equipment is in service to ensure there is no interruption in customer access.
